Delivery and return

VAT

The VAT is 20% unless you enter your EC VAT number. Deliveries outside the EC are free of tax.

Packing and transport cost

The delivery includes packing and transport cost.

Transport and packing are free of charge for all deliveries in mainland France .

European community: Euros 50.

Other Europe: please enquire.

Delivery

Your orders are generally shipped within 24h after receipt of your payment and delivered within 2 to 5 days.

Returns

To return a product  you will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us and you will have to pay for shipping charges in returning the product to us.
